Following on from my Sacre Couer anecdote, here is a piccie of me and Ruth (or Rootie/ Ruthie/ Roofus, as I variously like to call her) at the top all glowing with ... well, sweat and heat.
Rootie and I have known each other Forever and have been BFFs for almost - gasp - 20 years!
